Parent input forms are available in the office and online beginning April 27^th. If you would like to provide input regarding your child’s class placement for the 2009-2010 school year, this is your opportunity. While a specific teacher request will not be accepted, the form offers an opportunity to provide details about your child’s learning style and the environment in which he/she learns best. The staff will consider this information when making important placement decisions and when creating classrooms for next year. Forms need to be completed and turned into your child’s teacher or the school office by May 15^th to be considered.
