Open to boys and girls in grades K-6.
 
Time/Location: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30-8:15 AM in the Audubon gym.

Start Date: This class will run continuously throughout the school year, in 8-week sessions. Students may join this class at any time, provided there is space available.

Cost: $98 per 8-week session; Class is currently in session—please contact Julie Haase or Jennifer Berg for a pro-rated price for the current session, and begin at any time!

 

Emphasis is put on discipline, respect, and learning realistic self-defense.  Students develop self-confidence by setting goals, striving for excellence and accomplishing what they set out to do.  Physically, students get in better shape while improving posture and coordination and many will acquire skills they never thought possible, unlocking their own potential and giving them a positive outlook that can last a lifetime.  No martial arts experience is necessary to join the program.
