This classic game of strategy teaches kids to learn the value of patience, enhances their ability to think, and makes them smarter.

This classic game of strategy teaches kids to learn the value of patience, enhances their ability to think, and makes them smarter.Study of chess provides great lessons for life to achieve success, such as the value of perseverance through adversity and the priceless experience of achievement after putting in consistent effort.


Children develop into confident, persistent achievers and develop sportsmanship and 'learn to be a team player.


Chess4Life lessons teaches basic principles and strategy of how to open a chess game, how to conduct the middle-game, and how to win (or avoid losing) in the endgame.

Many other basic to advanced level tactics are also taught, including visualization techniques and tournament practice.

Dates: (9/24/2009 – 12/17/2009) & 2/4/2010 – 05/07/2010); 
Timings: (3:35-5:00pm);
