This is a program of specially donated books to the Rose Hill Elementary library.  Every child receives an invitation on their birthday asking if they would like to donate a book to the school library.  In recognition of their donation, a commemorative bookplate with the child's name is placed in the front cover, and our librarian, Jayne Tracy, honors the child with a special presentation during one of their classroom visits.
