General Meetings
General meetings are held only when necessary so the general membership can vote on required business matters. General meetings are open to anyone interested in attending. Your children are welcome to attend with you, just bring a quiet activity for them to do (and a snack if you like) while we conduct our meeting.
General meetings are held in the Commons and begin at 6:30pm unless otherwise indicated. Meeting dates and general business topics are as follows:

January 20, 2012: Election of the Nominating Committee

April 20, 2012: Election of the 2010-2011 Executive Committee, Discuss and Approve Proposed Budget for 2012-2013 School Year

June 7, 2012: Discuss and Approve of Proposed Budget for the 2012-2013 School Year if Necessary
Board Meetings
Board meetings are held on a monthly basis to allow board and committee members time to review and discuss issues in more detail and to address business items as they arise. Board meetings are open to anyone interested in attending, so please join us! This is a great way to gain insight into how PTSA interacts with the school. As with general meetings, your young children are welcome to attend with you, just bring a quiet activity for them to do (and a snack if you like) while we conduct our meeting.
Board meetings are held in the Library on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm - 7:30pm, unless otherwise indicated. Meeting dates are as follows:
