I have volunteered in schools since 2004, and began teaching in 2008. I graduated from Northwest University for both my BA and Masters. I chose teaching as a career, because I love working with kids. I love to help students figure new things out about the world around them and show them different solutions to problems. For me, the most exciting thing in the classroom is that you never know what to expect and the every day is different.
I come from a big extended family but am an only child. I like to travel, read, snow board, have game nights, and are interested in photography. I have a cat named Oliver, and a dog called Lucy.
