Rockwell Blood Drive

Have you been watching the news over the last few weeks and wondering how you can help?  I have a simple answer for you that takes no money, but it does take 1 hour of your time.  Puget Sound Blood Center will be at Rockwell on (Not scheduled yet for 2010) looking for 25 donors to add to their needed 900 donors per day.   Please consider donating your blood on that day.  Each donation helps 3 types of patients.  Your red blood cells  go  to trauma patients.  Your platelets go to cancer patients undergoing treatment.  Finally, your plasma goes to burn victims.  If you have questions about donating and eligibility to donate, you can call ahead to 1-800-DONATE-1.  If you want to donate, please contact me to schedule an appointment to avoid any wait time.   A sign up sheet is also posted in the school office.   Thank you!
