Emergency Contact Information
It is very important that the office have up-to-date phone numbers for parents. You may update your emergency card with this information including medical and custody information if applicable, any time by contacting the office.
Call the office if you plan to be out of town when your children are in school. The office needs the following information: your child's name, room number, who is responsible for them in your absence, their phone number, how long you will be gone, and (if possible) a number at which you can be reached.
