Student Council
Rockwell's Student Council provides an opportunity for students to participate in running for elected office, conducting and attending meetings, and making contributions to the improvement to the school by student representation.

Activities

Student Council conducts several fund raising events that involve the entire school.  Popcorn sales for $.25 on most Fridays and the redemption of box top labels generate funds to fund  activties and school needs, working with PTA and staff to facilitate this.

 Pucker-Up Valentine Sales

Candy Valentine greetings are sold to benefit Student Council.  Order forms are available annually in late March.

 Box Tops

Student Council is collecting Box Tops in order to fund community projects here at Norman Rockwell.  It is especially important to check the packages of your household items during the holidays, as many of them participate in this program.  Remember, this is FREE MONEY for our school, just for sending them our way!

Here is an idea: hold a "Box Top Hunt" during the holidays, where the kids hunt through the recycling to find packages with Box Top coupons on them!

Feel free to visit this quick website to see a list of the participating products - more are added every day, including Betty Crocker, General Mills, and Yoplait foods and Cottonelle, Hefty, and Ziploc items!
