Field Day Thanks

I’d like to express my thanks to the volunteers and school staff who together made Field Day so much fun!   Field Day would not be possible without their help.

For his enthusiasm, preparation, and hard work to make Field Day a success, a huge round of applause for Coach Wong.  Hoorah!   Thanks to Lisa Schildt for her help to organize and execute Field Day.

For their help in preparing students for Field Day, and participation in special classroom awards to students completing 25 stations, thank you to the wonderful teachers at Rockwell!  To Mrs. Livingston, Mrs. Bauman, and Mrs. Wulf who helped in many ways, thank you!   Thanks to Rita Yiu, who took on additional tasks that helped immeasurably.   

To the parents who together filled hundreds of water balloons in preparation for Field Day, a big Thank You: Victoria Bigelis, Joanne Armos Bily, Minerva Butler, Cynthia Gripentrog, Jessica Hargin, Celia Kennedy, Barbara Koshar, Mini Olson, Elizabeth Shipman, and Marilyn Wiese. 

Thanks to Nicole Hulett (Otter Pop Hero!) for delivering Otter Pops to all classrooms.  

Thanks to the families and staff who collected aluminum cans that were used for the Knock ‘em Down activity.
