Welcome Back Coffee entrance
The PTA’s annual first day of school parents’ coffee. After the kids have gone off to their new classes, the PTA serves coffee and treats to moms and dads at the front of the school. It’s a great time to reassure moms of first time Kindergarteners, catch up with friends and meet new friends. Back–to-School BBQ
We hope everyone comes out for the PTA’s Back-to-School BBQ! Usually over 500 people come to socialize with their Rockwell friends, welcome new friends and families, and visit with Teachers and Staff.
A huge event like the Back-to-School BBQ isn’t possible without the support of many people. Serving over 500 meals in an hour is no easy feat. With help from many volunteers, we can do it with ease. International Night Friday, January 27, 2012 at 7-9pm in the Gym
The PTA is hosting an International night of learning to celebrate the many nationalities/cultures in our school. We would like to have a table or area set up with a craft, food sample or something else we can learn about your culture. All School Dance Party Friday, March 23rd, 2012 at 6:30-8:30pm in the Redmond High School Cafeteria
The funnest event of the year. Gaylen Suave from GSC Production DJs this fun event that is appropriate for all ages. Toddlers to grandparents have a great time. The entire week prior to the dance, the kids receive two hours of line dance instruction in preparation for the party. Musical Theatre Production thth

Art Showcase and Ice Cream Social and Used Book Sale Thursday, May 17th, 2012
The PTA’s Art Docent Program holds this annual event to show off all the great artwork the kids have created in the Art Docent program throughout the year. To enhance the fun factor the PTA also sponsors an ice cream social, with sundaes served by Rockwell Teachers! While you’re at school, stop by the library to pick-up a used book.
