Tickets on Sale for the Rockwell Musical
A great family outing!
“Welcome to the theatre!” For the past 4 weeks, 44 Rockwell thespians have been rehearsing a musical rendition of the classic fairy tale, “The Emperor’s New Clothes”, under the direction of Jillian Kramer and David Spring from Studio East.
There are two performances:
· Friday, April 17th at 7 pm
· Saturday, April 18th at 6 pm
Performances will be held at the Redmond High School Performing Arts Center and last about 90 minutes. Tickets are $5 per person. There are several ways to purchase tickets:
PLAN AHEAD! -
· Email a request to RockwellTickets@gmail.com with the child’s name, date of performance, number of tickets and send payment to the school office.
· Print a ticket form out on-line at Rockwell’s website, fill out the ticket order form sent home with your child, or pick one up in the school office. Send it into the school office with payment.
Payment for any ordered tickets must be in the school office by Thursday at 3 pm. Tickets will be available for pick-up at “Will Call” the night of the performance if ordered through e-mail or a ticket order form.
BE SPONTANEOUS!
· Purchase tickets right after school on Wed, Thur or Friday at the flag pole.
· Buy tickets the night of the performance (box office opens 1 hour before showtime)
Guarantee your seat and get the tickets early! Don’t miss out on this fabulous performance! It is a wonderful community event!

DVD NOW ON SALE!
Would you like to be able to enjoy Rockwell’s production of “The Emperor’s New Clothes” long after the actors have left the stage?
Once again, the musical is hiring a professional videographer to record the performance so that families can enjoy “The Emperor’s New Clothes” at home after the show.
We are now taking orders for $10 DVDs of the performance. An order form is attached. Please send completed form and payment back to school in an envelope marked “Musical DVD order.” There will also be a collection box at the theater on show nights.
Please have all orders in by Monday, April 20th.
The videographer will donate five dollars of the DVD cost back to the Rockwell PTA to support the musical program.
Rockwell has a troupe of talented thespians and it is promising to be quite a show!
