REMINDER 5TH GRADE PARENTS
Washington state requires that all students going into 6th grade have a Tdap vaccine if it has been 5 years or longer since their last tetanus containing vaccine, and they are at least 11 years old. If your child has had their Tdap vaccine, please bring the information to the school office. If your child turns 11 years old during the summer, please turn in their vaccine information before school resumes for the new year. We need this information as soon as possible so your child will be in compliance with Washington state immunization laws when they start school in the fall.
