REMINDER 5TH GRADE PARENTS
You were sent a letter in April regarding immunization requirements for your 5th grade student. Washington state requires that all students going into 6th grade have a Tdap vaccine if it has been 5 years or longer since their last tetanus containing vaccine, and they are at least 11 years old. If your child has had their Tdap vaccine, please bring the information to the school office before school is out on June 19th. If your child turns 11 years old during the summer, please turn in your their vaccine information by August 21st to the school office. We need this information as soon as possible so your child will be in compliance with Washington state immunization laws when they start school in the fall.
