Our elected board members follow these legal duties to keep our PTA healthy:
*fiduciary responsibility (PTA Money Matters).
*adhere to corporate mission, use funds for those goals
*actively participate, make sound business judgments, assure legal compliance (PTA and the Law)
*follow WA State PTA rules (at least one approved training)
*maintain confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest
