 Chess 4 Life

 

 

Thursday 3:35pm to 4:35pm

Grades: K - 2nd (Beginning to Intermediate)

Grades: 3rd - 6th (Intermediate to Advanced)

Dates: 1/5 to 3/29 (11 sessions) No class 2/2, 2/16

Location: Library and South 123

Fee: $147.50 ($142.50 PTSA Members)

Both basic and advanced principles of chess are taught to players of all levels. Students interested in learning or increasing his or her knowledge of chess are invited. Experienced instructors follow Chess4Life curriculum developed by National Master Elliot Neff. Chess study has shown to increase math skills memory and self-confidence and to improve patience, concentration and sportsmanship.
