Welcome!

Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year! The board members of Kirkland Junior High PTSA would like to extend a warm welcome to all the families in our community.

With the financial challenges our school district is facing - now, more than ever, parents and community members must look at creative ways to support our children and our schools to ensure we provide the best possible education and environment for the young adults who are our future. As we start the school year we want to encourage you to explore different ways to support your junior high student(s). One great avenue to do this is by supporting the PTSA.

There are many opportunities for you to share your time, talent, skill, voice and ideas – whether you are chairing a committee; volunteering to help at a PTSA sponsored event; helping from home; you attend a general membership meeting to provide input or you are interested in a leadership role – WE NEED YOU!

 KiJH PTSA & Studio East present Bye Bye Birdie

 
  • Bye Bye Birdie information
    Sign-ups for the KJH PTSA/ StudioEast play, Bye Bye Birdie, will be 11/7-11/23. Yes, we're getting an early start this year to insure that this will be the best student turnout EVER! Parents, we're calling on you not only for your support, but for your enthusiasm, as well, in approaching your kids to be a part of this wonderful experience. We need to have a minimum of 30-35 students in order for this production to move forward. Cost: $25 registration fee, which will go towards the total $85 fee. Scholarship money is available! Audition and Rehearsal dates: Feb. 6 - March 22 Performance dates: March 23, 24 Performance Location: LWHS Performing Arts Center
