Can You Volunteer for the Annual Family Dance?

I need a lot of volunteers to help with the fun dance.
This year's dance has a Patriotic Theme.

If you're a parent volunteer, with the exception of door ticket sales and activity card stations where money is exchanged, your main job is to supervise student volunteers. Checking in with them every 15-20 minutes) Please download and print the Parent Volunteer form below.

I also need lots of beverages (12 pack of soda pop, case of water or "treat" donations. Please the "treat/beverage" donation form below.

If you're a student volunteer, please download the form below and call me or email ASAP. I need about 20 students but the positions fill up quickly. We don't pay you, but if you need community service hours, you can earn 3-5 hours total.
