• Title is centered, spelled correctly and used the correct uppercase letters
• Font is 12 or 14 Times New Roman/Arial/Calibri                                           
• Entire page double-spaced
• First line of each entry starts at left hand margin; second and following lines of entry indented 5 spaces                
• Entries are alphabetized by correct first word of each entry (Ignoring 'A, An, The' when first word
