When finals are complete and you have turned in your textbooks, library materials, and school equipment you will pick up your sign-out sheet from Lili. When this form is complete, take it to Lili to get your tickets. Each grad will get ten tickets. If you do not ten, please return extras. If you need more, please see L Hughes. Caps and gowns will be distributed by Jostens on Wednesday, April 18, at school. These are yours—no need to return them. Grads will bring their own to the venue with their name on the inside. Graduation Day (Students)
Where: Timberlake Church 4505 236th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98053
When: Monday, June 18, 6PM
Dress code: Business casual (please pay attention to your shoes as they show while you are sitting on stage)
Students arrive: Grads should check in at the entrance to the Youth Center towards the back of the venue (entrance off upper parking lot). Exact arrival time TBA. The timeline of the day’s events will be posted soon.
Food provided: After the rehearsal (around 5PM) in the Youth Center.
Graduation Day (Parents and Guests)
When to arrive: Doors open at 5:30 and the program begins at 6PM. There is a slide show for you to enjoy while you wait.
Park: Parents and guests park in upper lot and use the main entrance. Tickets will be collected upon entrance. Guests with no tickets will enter after all ticketed guests. There is additional parking in lower lots. There will be parking directors to offer guidance. Parents drop off reception food at the Timberlake kitchen (two refrigerators and lots of counter space).
Photography: A professional photographer will be taking group and individual shots, so please remain seated during the presentation of diplomas and allow the photographer to do the work. The professional photos will be available for pick-up in the office by Fri., June 22.
Graduation Night
Where do grads report after the ceremony? The event begins at 11PM, so students will wait an hour at the venue.
Clothing suggestions: pants/shorts, shoes that are closed-toe, no sandals. Dress in layers for cool weather.
What to bring: You are NOT to bring ANYTHING--car keys, cell phones, purses, i-Pods, no wallets, cameras or valuables such as jewelry, etc. When and where do students return: Parents will pick up their grad the next morning at 5AM from ICS. Please be prompt as the kids tired.
