Resources for Families on the Eastside

 

The Eastside Cultural Navigator Program offers free assistance to immigrants and refugees who have limited English language background and helps bridge cultural barriers that might keep families from accessing needed services.

A REGIONAL COALITION FOR HOUSING (ARCH)  (425) 861-3676.

A cooperative effort undertaken by seven Eastside cities and King  County, ARCH is dedicated to increasing the supply of affordable housing in East King County.

 

ALLIANCE OF PEOPLE WITH disABILITIES (425) 558-0993.

Alliance of People with disAbilities provides information and referral,  advocacy, peer support, skills training and health insurance advising.

 

CAMP FIRE USA (425) 885-0477.

Camp Fire USA provides small group programs for boys and girls ages 5 through 18, including special needs and teen parents.

 

CHILD CARE RESOURCES (425) 865-9033.

Child Care Resources works in partnership with families, child care providers, businesses and government to ensure that every family can find safe, quality, affordable child care.  CCR provides referrals to child care programs as well as consultation and training for child care providers.

 

COMMUNITY  INFORMATION LINE (Crisis Clinic) (206)-461-3200.

CIL provides free, comprehensive information and referral services to all residents of King County.
