Fall Sports
Fall Sports registration begins on Wednesday, August 14th. All student-athletes must go through the eligibility process to receive clearance to participate in a sport at Eastlake.
Athletic and Bookkeeper’s’ Office Hours
Office hours are strictly enforced. Packets/payment will not be accepted outside of these hours. Packets/payment dropped off at the office or given to a coach will be returned to the athlete to submit during office hours.
Summer hours beginning August 14th - 8:00pm to 12:00pm
Beginning September 3rd – before School and Student Lunches
Eligibility Process
1) Sports fee (and fines) paid – Check or cash only accepted at the bookkeeper’s window. Credit card payments can be made online.
3) Submit receipt of payment and Sports Packet to the Athletic window
4) A grade check will be completed
5) Clearance Card issuing eligibility will be given to the athlete if all requirements have been met
Please do not wait until the last day to register. If there are missing forms, signatures, payment, physical not valid for entire season then clearance will not be issued and an athlete will miss the first day of practice or tryouts.

v Clearance will not be issued outside of the designated office hours.
v Sports packets/payments left at the office or given to the coach will be returned to the athlete to be submitted during office hours to receive clearance.
v Clearance will not be issued if there is missing information such as signatures, insurance info, forms, or physicals not valid for the season.
v All outstanding fines must be paid. Dispute over a fine can only be resolved with the staff member who entered the fine. Staff will not be available during the August registration period. The fine must be paid in order to be cleared for participation. The student will have the opportunity to resolve it with the appropriate staff member when school is in session and if fine was in error a refund will be issued.
v Limited financial assistance is available. It is the families’ responsibility to request a Waiver Form and have it approved by the Athletic Director prior to submitting the Sports Packet and receiving clearance.
v Physicals are valid for 24 months and need to be current for the ENTIRE SEASON. An athlete that has a physical expiring mid-season will not be eligible to participate/try-out until a new physical is submitted.
v The Sports Physical Examination /Clearance Form is required to be filled out even if a current physical is on file at EHS. Leave the physical box blank, but fill out the top and bottom sections.
v Running Start, Choice Schools or Home School students need to submit a copy of their previous semester grades
v Upon completion of the eligibility process an athlete will be issued a CLEARANCE CARD.
v CLEARANCE CARDS MUST be turned into the coach on the first day of try-outs/practice in order to participate.
