Barbara Butler

Mrs. Butler was born in Hong Kong. She LOVED school and hardly ever missed a day…although her motives for her good attendance were purely socialJ

Mrs. Butler has been on staff since 2007, and she appreciates the good relationships between staff members and families.

She has been married for 25 years (this December!) to a fabulous man who teaches 8th grade in the Issaquah School District. They have three wonderful children: a 21 year old daughter who just got married this summer (right before school started!!), an 18 year old son who is attending Boise State, and a 14 year old daughter, suddenly an only child, who is a 9th grader at a LWSD Junior High, and the social coordinator of the family.

Their dachshund, Ellie, has big dreams of being a Reading with Rover dog one day.

Mrs. Butler loves running, reading, having the house to herself, finding a screaming deal at any store, eating at restaurants, and Jim from The Office.
