On this page you will find information about student immunizations.

The State of Washington and the Lake Washington School District have very strict rules for children attending school without being fully immunized.
 
If we have not received your child’s updated immunizations prior to the first day of school your child will not be admitted to class.  This also includes 6th graders who need a Tdap and Varicella.
 
If you are not sure which immunization(s) are missing, please feel free to contact the Audubon office by phone @ 425-936-2500.  You may also fax us the updated information.  Our fax number is 425-882-3422.
