Back by popular demand ! ! A group piano lesson is an opportunity to introduce a child to the piano and piano techniques without all the commitment. The purpose of the course is to introduce basic piano skills and theory knowledge to students in grades 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Back by popular demand ! ! A group piano lesson is an opportunity to introduce a child to the piano and piano techniques without all the commitment. The purpose of the course is to introduce basic piano skills and theory knowledge to students in grades 1, 2, 3, and 4. When: Wednesdays before school – 8:00 – 8:45
Where: Portable 4 on Alcott Elementary campus
Time Frame: October 5 through December 7, 2011 (10 classes)
Instructor: Kathy Tornquist has been teaching piano for ten plus
years. She has had over 12 years of private instruction plus college and seminar classes.
Cost: The cost of the entire session will be $180.00 with checks made payable to Alcott PTSA. This includes tuition, registration and PTSA fee. Books are additional and will be $21.00 – made payable to Kathy Class Si
ze: The class will be a minimum of 3 and no more than 5 students.

What’s next: Complete the registration form and place with check in an envelope marked: "
Student – Activities-Piano" and have your child bring it with her/him to school to hand in. Tornquist. A down payment of $50.00 will hold a place in class with the remainder and book fee due no later than the first day of class. Keyboards are provided.
Or, bring form with you to Back to School Bash on September 16th. Parents will be notified ASAP as to participation.
