Food Services Management

The Food Services Department shall be an integral part of the district's program under the management of the director of business services.

All food sales offered during the school day on a regular basis shall be under the management of the Food Services Department.

Both the food services director and the principals shall be responsible for observing federal, state, and district directives relating to Food Services.

School food service during the day shall include:

  • National School Lunch Program (N.S.L.P)
  • Special Milk Program (S.M.P.)
  • Headstart Program
  • Breakfast Program
  • Summer Food Program
  • Sack lunches from home
  • ASB Snack Bars
  • Food Vending Machines
  • A la carte Food Sales
  • Feeding the Elderly
  • Special meals (catered by Food Services Department).
