It is special enough for one of our great theater teachers to win a statewide award, but to have two is amazing! This school year, theater teachers from both Juanita High School (JHS) and Eastlake High School (EHS) were recognized by the Washington State Thespians for the work they do for our students.

March is National Athletic Training Month, a month dedicated to honoring and celebrating the valuable contributions of athletic trainers.
Lake Washington High School (LWHS) captured the inaugural Lake Washington School District girls flag football championship at Redmond High School (RHS) on Saturday, February 3.
More than 130 athletes have turned out for the first ever season of girls’ flag football in Lake Washington School District (LWSD).
Jason Thurston at Juanita High School has been named the Sea-King District 2 Athletic Director of the Year. Back in November, Thurston was crowned the KingCo Conference Athletic Director of the Year.
