The Lake Washington PTSA Special Education Group helps connect parents in the Lake Washington School District who have children with disabilities. It is compromised of parents whose children receive special services (IEPs) and accommodations (504s). Interested staff and students are also welcome. The group meets every school month except December and June. The group hosts speakers, provides an extensive lending library, shares community resources, helps parents network and helps parents stay up to date on district and PTSA issues affecting children with disabilities.
