Athletic Clearance

Before you play sports, here's what you need to do

To be eligible to participate in any Lake Washington School District athletic program, a student must:

maintain passing grades in all current subjects
have at least a 2.0 GPA from the previous semester
purchase an ASB card
pay all fines and return all equipment/uniforms from previous sports

Once it has been determined that a student is eligible to participate in an athletic program, each of the following items must be completed to get Athletic Clearance:

Read the School Athletic Policy (request from the Athletic Secretary)
Pay the participation fee
Fill out, sign and turn in all required forms posted on Athletic Forms page
Complete any Sport Specific Form (request from appropriate Athletic Secretary at your school)

All forms must be turned in together to your school's Athletic Office, along with a copy of your ASB card and participation fee receipt before the first practice.
