Feeder Patterns
The feeder school model shows which elementary schools feed into the middle schools, and which middle schools feed into the high schools. School feeder patterns are organized by regions, known as learning communities. Choice Schools are absent from the feeder patterns since they draw students from all over the district.
Learning Communities
Students progress from primary to secondary schools by learning community. There are four regional learning communities: Eastlake, Juanita, Lake Washington and Redmond. Choice schools do not draw from specific neighborhoods but are assigned to a learning community.
Maps and Boundaries
- The Lake Washington School District map shows the district’s boundaries and the location of each school.
- Elementary, middle and high school attendance boundary maps show the borders for each school in the district.
