Author Visit!!

Rockwell students will have the opportunity to meet with author Kirby Larson on March 24th in the school library. Kirby Larson is the acclaimed author of Hattie Big Sky, a 2007 Newbery Honor Book and most recently The Two Bobbies, a true story about Hurricane Katrina, friendship and survival. Mrs. Larson’s visit has been made possible thanks to the generosity of our Rockwell PTA and Rockwell Student Council.

Students may pre-order Kirby Larson’s books and have them autographed on the day of her visit. Please click on the link to download the book order form. Preprinted order forms are available in the school office and library as well. Prices include tax and a 15% discount. Completed order form and payment may be returned to school by March 13, 2009.
