Evergreen Healthcare Access program
The Evergreen Healthcare system in Kirkland, Washington partners with various community organizations to offer free health services to uninsured, low income hospital district residents who qualify. Assistance includes:

Call (425) 739-8400 to schedule an appointment for your student’s immunizations or for more information about the Evergreen Healthcare Access Program and services offered.

Gift of Sight program
Financial assistance is available to students in Lake Washington School District who need vision care through a partnership with LensCrafters. Contact your school nurse to see if your student qualifies. Services are limited.
