- To activate your account you will need to accurately enter the first and last name of your student’s parent or guardian along with the e-mail address that the school already has on file.
- When you are finished, click on the submit button. If you are successful the information in red will give you further directions on the registration process.
- Within the next 12 hours you will need to access your e-mail at the address you entered in the registration process.
- You should receive an e-mail from the LWSD parent questions account. Open the e-mail and follow the detailed information to complete the registration process.
- While you are connected to the internet click on and open the link in the e-mail message.
- You’ll be directed to a security screening page where you’ll need to answer one question. Choose the correct answer then click submit.
- By answering the question correctly you’ll be given a username and password for the parent portal access page.
