- To activate your account you will need to accurately enter the first and last name of your student’s parent or guardian along with the email address that the school already has on file.
- When you are finished, click on the submit button. If you are successful the information in red will give you further directions on the registration process.
- Within the next 12 hours you will need to access your email at the address you entered in the registration process.
- You should receive an email from the LWSD parent questions account. Open the email and follow the detailed information to complete the registration process.
- While you are connected to the internet click on and open the link in the email message.
- You’ll be directed to a security screening page where you’ll need to answer one question. Choose the correct answer then click submit.
- By answering the question correctly you’ll be given a username and password for the parent portal access page.
