Application screening criteria
Junior high applicants must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for Quest assessment:

Junior high applicants who meet the application screening criteria are scheduled for Quest assessment.
Assessment criteria
Applicants must meet the following assessment criteria to be considered for placement in the junior high Quest program:
- Quest elementary full-time students: Quest review of student progress
- Quest elementary enrichment pull-out students:
- Round I - ITBS (unless previously tested by Quest within one year at 99%)
- Round II (if qualified) - CogAT (unless previously tested by Quest within one year at 99%) and Renzulli
- All other applicants:
- Round I – ITBS
- Round II (if qualified) - CogAT and Renzulli

Must score at the 95th percentile or above in total reading, total language, social studies and science |

Must score at 93rd percentile or higher, 124 Composite Standard Age Score
