WASL score reports in reading, writing and math have been distributed to families of students in 10th through 12th grade. Ninth graders will receive their WASL score reports in September 2007. Students who are eligible for high school summer WASL retake testing includes students who:
- were in grades 10, 11, and 12 during the 2006-07 school year
- met or did not meet WASL standards
- did not participate in testing
- transferred from out of state
Note: Students who were in ninth-grade last year may not participate in the August WASL.
Registration
Students can register to retake one, two, or all three portions of the high school WASL, including math, reading and/or writing. Registration is done through the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), not through the schools.

Summer School
Test preparation sessions are available during the summer to prepare students for WASL retake tests in August. There is a fee for summer school. See our Summer School page for more information.
