Concrete and rubber tile flooring does not require waxing to maintain its shine. Carpet tiles allow small areas to be replaced as needed. |

All storm water is kept on site. Plants on two green roofs capture some water; other water is channeled into rain gardens and into infiltration galleries, which can accommodate all storm water on site. Infiltration galleries filter storm water and return it to the ground. |
