Energy Surcharge
An energy surcharge of $4 per hour will be added to the hourly rates for Group ll through Group V users.
Labor Charges
Technician: Actual labor costs will be billed.
Custodial: $31.00 per hour.*** Actual labor costs will be billed to user based on the clean up service required.
A maximum of 8 hours per day will be charges unless the nature of the event requires extra.
*Rates will be automatically increased each year by the increase in the Seattle area Consumer Price Index.
**Private or Commercial use is not permitted unless approved by the Board of Directors.
***One additional hour will be charged for custodian clean-up.
