Energy Surcharge
The energy surcharge will be added to the hourly rates for Group ll through Group V users.
Labor Charges
Custodial: ***$31.00 per hour. Actual labor costs will be billed to user based on the service required.
Kitchen Supervision: $25.00 per hour. Actual labor costs will be billed to user based on the service required.
*Rates will be automatically increased each year by the increase in the Seattle area Consumer Price Index.
**Private or Commercial use is not permitted unless approved by the Board of Directors.
***One additional hour will be charged for custodian clean-up.
