The best interests of the schools and the public shall be served by a
well-planned and vital program of communications with school employees,
students, parents, and the public at large.
The board authorizes the superintendent to establish a means of preparing
and distributing news releases, bulletins, and other suitable publications.
Other forms of communication media such as films, television, and radio
may be utilized at the discretion of the superintendent.
