- Certificated staff may tutor only those students with whom they have
no instructional responsibility or assignment.
- If tutoring is conducted in a school building, appropriate building
use forms must be filed by the teacher. A space rental cost shall be charged
the teacher for use of the school building.
- Certificated staff who accept tutoring assignments must make their
own fee structure arrangements with the parent or guardian of the pupil
being tutored.
- Any exceptions to these regulations shall require prior approval of
the superintendent or designee.
