In the event it is necessary to reduce contracted certificated administrators and supervisory staff because of economic reasons, the Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the superintendent, shall determine the educational program and services for the Lake Washington School District and shall reduce staff in accordance with the guidelines set forth in administrative procedures.
