In the event that any of the board's policies and/or regulations or any
portion thereof conflict with any provisions of collective bargaining contracts
entered into with appropriate employee units, the provisions of such collective
bargaining contracts shall be controlling and exclusive of the policy, and/or
regulations.
Should any of the board's policies and/or regulations contravene any
law or administrative regulation, the law shall control.
