All social and athletic events must be properly chaperoned by teachers
or by both parents and teachers. These teachers shall have full authority
to supervise and control such parts of the building as are being used for
the function. Unless expressly approved by the building principal, all
social functions and sports events to which the public is invited, conducted
by pupils for the Lake Washington Public Schools, and sponsored in the name
of a recognized and approved school organization are to be given in the
school. Every effort shall be made to not hold such events on evenings
prior to a school day.
