Evaluating Existing Buildings
All existing school facilities shall be evaluated periodically for their
spatial, thermal, visual, sonic, and aesthetic requirements in terms of
the desired educational programming.
The superintendent or designee shall include plans and cost estimates
for major rehabilitation and remodeling in the school facilities master
plan as it is brought up to date each year.
