Dr. Livingston provides leadership to ensure success for students and schools in the Eastlake Learning Community. He supports school improvement efforts focused on ensuring academic success for every student by collaborating with and leading school principals to provide effective support, coaching, and supervision of school teams, programs, and services focused on increasing student access and engagement, closing achievement and opportunity gaps, and supporting learning and success for all students. He provides middle school level coordination and facilitates middle school level meetings. Dr. Livingston works collaboratively with families in the Eastlake Learning Community and supports communications and conflict resolution efforts.

​​Mr. Gillingham provides leadership and oversight of programs and services that support student academic success, safety, and social-emotional well-being. He serves as the district compliance officer for issues pertaining to student harassment, intimidation, and bullying; serves as the district hearing officer for issues pertaining to student discipline; and, provides oversight of the district counseling; athletic and activity; attendance; and drug and alcohol prevention and intervention programs. Mr. Gillingham serves as the district’s Title IX coordinator, monitoring and coordinating the district’s compliance with Title IX and other federal and state laws and policies pertaining to student equity and non-discrimination.

Paul Vine

Mr. Vine provides leadership for the development, implementation, and management of district services and programs for students with special needs, including students with Individual Educational Programs (IEPs) under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) qualifying for specially designed instruction and students qualifying for accommodations under Section 504 of the federal Rehabilitation Act. Mr. Vine assumes responsibility for ensuring successful collaboration between parents, school teams, and district teams to ensure that free and appropriate public education is provided for qualified students. He provides oversight of district special education services, 504 services, health services, district preschool, and birth-two programming. Mr. Vine serves as the district’s section 504/ADA coordinator, monitoring and coordinating the district’s compliance with matters pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Ms. McCrath coordinates district Section 504 services and provides support for school psychologists.

Mr. Spaulding provides support for Assistive Technology, occupational therapists (OTs) and physical therapists (PTs), and vision and mobility specialists.

Ms. Wagner provides support for speech language pathologists (SLPs), interpreters for the Deaf and hard of hearing, and Extended School Year (ESY) services.

Ms. Pease provides leadership to ensure success for students receiving academic interventions, services to help students acquire English language proficiency, services for Native American students, and services designed to help mitigate the effects of poverty on student learning and success in school. She supports efforts focused on ensuring academic success for every student by collaborating with district leaders, school principals, and teams to develop tiered instruction to increase student access and engagement, close achievement and opportunity gaps, and support student learning and success. Ms. Pease assumes responsibility for district and school compliance with federal Title I, Part A and Title III of the federal Every Student Succeeds Act.
