The CEO shall take reasonable measures to prevent any practice, activity, decision, or organizational condition which is unlawful, unethical, unsafe, disrespectful, imprudent, in violation of Board policy or endangers the organization’s public image or credibility. The CEO will not change his or her compensation or own benefits. The Board will remain the final judge of whether administrative interpretations and decisions are reasonable.
